American Cowboy Magazine Adds Bill Foley in Top 15

Bill Garrels, publisher of American Cowboy Magazine, recently informed us that Bill Foley had been named to that publication's list of 15 Westerners To Watch in 2009.  Here's an excerpt from the article:

"Some believe the best thing to do in troubled times
is nothing—hunker down, wait and see, hide and
watch.  That’s hardly the Cowboy Way.

Bold ideas and decisive action are more likely
to bootstrap us out of these, or any, difficult
