General Manager

Glenn Lee

Joined Rock Creek Cattle Company in 2023

Glenn joined Rock Creek Cattle Company in September 2023 with over 30 years of leadership in hospitality and golf. A dedicated A-13 PGA and CMAA General Manager, he has led single-facility, multi-facility, corporate, developer, and private equity management clubs.

 

Before RCCC, Glenn served as GM/COO at respected clubs and resorts, including Adios Golf Club, TPC Summerlin, Escondido Golf & Lake Club, Horseshoe Bay Resort, and The Hills of Lakeway. He served on the PGA of America National Board of Directors from 2015 to 2018. Glenn aims to make RCCC a destination for lasting bonds and world-class experiences both on and off the course. He is committed to elevating member services and amenities while preserving the traditions that define Rock Creek Cattle Company.

 

Known for building strong, service-driven teams, Glenn is committed to teamwork, hospitality, and an exceptional member experience. A native of San Antonio, Texas, he studied Business Administration at Stephen F. Austin University. Glenn and his wife, Jennifer, are embracing the Montana lifestyle and live in the community.

Joined Rock Creek Cattle Company in 2007

Ron Snow

Ron Snow has been integral to Rock Creek Cattle Company since June 2007, guiding his first member fishing trip that summer. He is a trusted leader and familiar face to members, guests, and prospective homeowners.

 

Originally from Deming, New Mexico, Ron and his wife, Shelley, now call Deer Lodge home. His passion for the Ranch lifestyle and ties to Rock Creek shape his work across membership, real estate, and community relationships.

 

Ron enjoys outdoor activities at RCCC, including shooting sports, fly fishing, and exploring Montana’s backcountry by UTV. He also serves as President of the Powell County Medical Foundation and on the boards of the Deer Lodge City-County Airport and Pioneer Federal Savings and Loan.

Director of Outdoor Adventures

Mark Beattie

Since 2012, Mark Beattie has been a key figure at Rock Creek Cattle Company, bringing passion for the outdoors to his role as Director of Outdoor Adventures.

 

Originally from Saratoga, Wyoming, Mark and his wife, Chrissy, a commercial pilot, reside near Deer Lodge. His Montana roots and appreciation for its landscapes shape the experiences he crafts for members and guests.

 

Mark’s favorite RCCC activities are fly fishing and shooting sports. He takes pride in teaching these skills and leading outstanding outdoor programs. He and Chrissy have a daughter, Piper, and look forward to welcoming their next child.

Executive Chef

Joined Rock Creek Cattle Company in 2021

Jay Chavez

Jay Chavez is the Executive Chef at Rock Creek Cattle Company, bringing a dynamic culinary background and a passion for elevated dining experiences to the Ranch. Promoted to Executive Chef in 2024, he continues to shape the club’s culinary program with creativity and precision.

 

Born in Las Cruces, New Mexico, Chef Jay began his culinary journey at Sonoma Ranch Golf Course, where he worked his way from dishwasher to sous chef by the age of seventeen. He went on to attend Le Cordon Bleu in Las Vegas, earning a degree in Food Science and Culinary Arts.

 

His experience includes key roles within the Foley Hospitality organization, serving as Chef for the Henderson Silver Knights and Assistant Chef for the Vegas Golden Knights, where he brought his culinary expertise into the world of professional sports. He has also played a role in opening Mackenzie River in Henderson, Nevada, and Goodnights in Healdsburg, California, both part of the Glacier Restaurant Group.

 

Specializing in French, Asian, and Southwestern cuisine, Chef Jay creates thoughtful, high-quality dining reflecting innovation and a sense of place. Outside the kitchen, he enjoys time with his dog, Oakley, playing guitar, and exploring in his Jeep.

Camp Counselor Supervisor

Alaina Child

Alaina Child joined Rock Creek Cattle Company in 2024, bringing an energetic approach to youth programming and a passion for memorable experiences for children and families.

 

Originally from Idaho Falls, Idaho, Alaina later lived in Utah before moving to Montana for her love of nature and the outdoors. Her years in childcare built a foundation for supporting children’s growth, creativity, and confidence.

 

Alaina has also coached and counseled youth volleyball, further fueling her enthusiasm for mentorship and engagement. At RCCC, she is dedicated to a fun, well-rounded summer camp that reflects Rock Creek’s spirit of adventure. Outside of work, Alaina enjoys crafting and spending time outdoors with her two puppies.

Karen Despain

Karen Despain has been part of the Rock Creek Cattle Company team since 2010. Originally from Jackson, Wyoming, Karen now resides year-round in Deer Lodge, Montana, appreciating the area's beauty and lifestyle and proudly calling it home.



A University of Nevada, Reno graduate, Karen brings a warm presence to RCCC and values the community. Her appreciation for the Rock Creek lifestyle is expressed in how she spends her time on the property.


Karen’s favorite activities at RCCC include horseback riding, skeet shooting, hiking, and relaxing at Spa 1919. Outside the Ranch, she treasures time with her family, including her husband, Don; her daughter, Kellie; her son and daughter-in-law, Dean and Katie; and her two granddaughters, Mia and Remi.

Matt Golightly

Matt Golightly serves as Director of Food & Beverage at Rock Creek Cattle Company and is in his second season at the Ranch. With more than 20 years of industry experience, primarily in Las Vegas, Matt brings strong hospitality operations and guest experience expertise to RCCC.


Before joining the Rock Creek team in 2024, Matt worked with a sister company overseeing restaurant operations in Southern Nevada and Southern Idaho. His leadership demonstrates a commitment to quality, service, and memorable dining experiences for members and guests.


Matt and his wife, Meghan, have lived in the Spring Mountains outside of Las Vegas since 2019, where they spend the winters. Outside of work, they enjoy hiking, snowshoeing, camping, rock climbing, and spending time with Penelope, their 10-year-old Mini Australian Shepherd.

Meghan Golightly

Meghan Golightly became Spa Manager at Rock Creek Cattle Company in 2024, bringing a wellness-focused approach to the Ranch experience. With over 10 years of experience as a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Las Vegas, she offers a perspective centered on balance, well-being, and personalized care.

 

Her passion for health and wellness is reflected in her love of yoga, running, and the outdoors, as well as in her commitment to creating a restorative, welcoming spa environment for members and guests.

 

Meghan and her husband, Matt, enjoy exploring Rock Creek's trails with their Mini Australian Shepherd, embracing the active, scenic Montana lifestyle.

Sous Chef

Joined Rock Creek Cattle Company in 2024

Javier Gomez

Javier Gomez joined Rock Creek Cattle Company in 2024 as Sous Chef. Originally from Dallas, Texas, he comes from a family with a long culinary legacy as a fifth-generation member of Luna’s Tortilla Factory, a family-owned Dallas business established in 1924.



He graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in 2017 and began his culinary career at Dallas National Golf Club under Chef Paul Fisher. Over the course of eight years, he developed his craft in a premier private club setting, preparing meals for many professional golfers, athletes, and notable guests.


Now in Montana, he brings his passion for food, hospitality, and elevated dining to the Rock Creek experience. Outside of the kitchen, he enjoys fishing, watching movies, following Dallas sports teams, and is a big professional wrestling fan.

Lynn Hailey

Lynn Hailey joined Rock Creek Cattle Company in 2025, bringing a diverse background in hospitality and wellness, as well as a passion for active living.


Living in Helena for over 30 years, Lynn began her hospitality career at 14, working in her brother’s restaurant. Growing up in a food-loving family, she gained an early appreciation for service and community.


Lynn later focused on health and fitness, earning yoga teacher certification after studying in Rishikesh and Gurgaon, as well as personal training certification. Practicing martial arts since she was 18, she recently ran a Helena business specializing in working dog training before joining Rock Creek Cattle Company.

Austin Harrington, PGA

Austin Harrington is in his sixth season at Rock Creek Cattle Company, bringing experience in golf operations and a passion for delivering a great member experience.


A native of Minnetonka, Minnesota, Austin is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas, where he studied Business and Entrepreneurship. His industry experience spans nine golf facilities, including prestigious clubs such as Panther National in Palm Beach, Desert Forest in North Scottsdale, and Hole in the Wall in Naples.


Known for his positive attitude, high energy, and service-driven leadership style, Austin is committed to both the membership experience and the development of the golf team. He and his wife, Alicia, are looking forward to another season at the Ranch.

Rick Hathaway

With 16 seasons at Rock Creek Cattle Company, Rick Hathaway brings expertise, dedication, and a passion for preserving the land that defines the Ranch experience.


A native of Spokane, Washington, Rick is a graduate of Eastern Washington University and has played an important role in maintaining RCCC's exceptional quality and natural beauty. His commitment to excellence helps ensure that the golf course and surrounding grounds reflect the Club's high standards.


Rick, his wife Lisa, and their children, Owen and Bailey, are proud members of the Rock Creek community. He enjoys golf, ATV riding, and time at the Lake Barn.

Membership Sales Consultant

Joined Rock Creek Cattle Company in 2022

Jessie Henningsen

Jessie Henningsen is the Membership Sales Consultant at Rock Creek Cattle Company, where she brings a strong connection to Montana, a welcoming presence, and a passion for sharing the Ranch lifestyle with prospective members and homeowners.


Raised in Bozeman, Montana, Jessie attended Montana State University on a track and field scholarship and graduated with a strong appreciation for hard work, community, and the outdoors. Her background and local roots make her a natural ambassador for the Rock Creek experience.



Jessie and her husband, Brian, Rock Creek Cattle Company’s Ranch Manager, live at the home ranch with their daughter, Willa. In addition to her role at RCCC, Jessie enjoys helping at Carol Ann’s Mercantile, where she assists with buying and merchandising, and remains active in the Deer Lodge community as a licensed real estate professional.

Some of Jessie’s favorite ways to enjoy life at Rock Creek include improving her golf game and spending time at Rock Creek Lake.

Ryan Hoag

Ryan Hoag joined Rock Creek Cattle Company in 2025 as Director of Sports & Fitness, bringing a dynamic background in professional athletics, coaching, and club programming.


A native of Minneapolis, Minnesota, Ryan attended both Wake Forest University and Gustavus Adolphus College, earning a degree in Elementary Education. A college multisport athlete, he was drafted by the Oakland Raiders and went on to play nine seasons in the NFL for five teams.


Following his professional football career, Ryan returned to his passion for tennis and has since worked at clubs across the country in a variety of roles. He is a certified USPTA tennis teaching professional, IPTPA pickleball teaching professional, and a certified personal trainer.


In addition to his work on court, Ryan is also a sports broadcaster for Raider Nation Radio and ESPN Radio and hosts the pregame show for the Las Vegas Raiders. At RCCC, he brings energy, expertise, and a commitment to creating an engaging and high-level sports and fitness experience for members and guests.

Willie Johnson

Willie Johnson started in 2014 at Rock Creek Cattle Company. He plays an essential role in maintaining the Ranch and supporting the overall member experience year-round.


A proud Deer Lodge resident, Willie brings a strong work ethic, dedication, and a deep familiarity with the property to his role as Director of Maintenance. His commitment helps ensure that RCCC continues to operate at the high standard members and guests have come to expect.


Willie and his wife, Lynn, have five children — Kyle, Karissa, Lenora, Karson, and Josee. Outside of work, he enjoys shooting sports and spending time fishing at Lake Barn.

Austin Jones

Austin Jones has been with Rock Creek Cattle Company since 2018 as Assistant Director of Outdoor Adventures. He has a strong background in guiding, hospitality, and outdoor recreation. Austin helps create memorable experiences for members and guests.


Austin earned a degree in Fisheries & Wildlife from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. He began his career in hospitality and hunting. He first came to Montana as Lake Barn Manager and later moved into his current leadership role.



Austin specializes in management, retail operations, and guiding. He is dedicated to exceptional programming at RCCC. He also runs a hunting camp for Five Star Expeditions in Wyoming, focusing on world-class excursions.

Jade Krouse

Controller

Joined Rock Creek Cattle Company in 2025

Jade Krouse joined Rock Creek Cattle Company in 2025 and has been part of the broader Foley Hospitality Group for the past three years. She brings a strong financial background and a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to her work at the Ranch.


Jade earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting with a minor in Film Production from Minnesota State University Moorhead, followed by an MBA from the University of Louisiana Lafayette. Throughout her career, she has worked across many areas of accounting, including mergers and acquisitions, compliance, and full-cycle general ledger accounting for a wide range of organizations, from small family-owned businesses to large publicly traded companies.


Originally from southeastern North Dakota, Jade is now based in Las Vegas, though she still has a strong appreciation for the upper Midwest. She is excited to experience her first season at Rock Creek and looks forward to connecting with both the team and membership.

Steve Lavin

Director of Transportation

Joined Rock Creek Cattle Company in 2024

Steve Lavin joined Rock Creek Cattle Company in May 2024, bringing decades of leadership, public service, and operational experience to the Ranch. A Montana native, Steve was born and raised in Helena and has dedicated much of his career to serving communities across the state.


Before joining RCCC, Steve retired as a Colonel with the Montana Highway Patrol after 32 years of service. Throughout his career, he served in communities including Missoula, Kalispell, Libby, Cut Bank, and Helena. In addition to his law enforcement career, Steve was elected Kalispell Representative to the Montana Legislature in 2011 and served four full terms. During his time in office, he served on several committees, including Local Government and House Tax, and chaired the Transportation Committee during his final two sessions.


Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Montana State University in Bozeman. Outside of work, he enjoys fly fishing, ice fishing, golf, and bowling. He and his wife, Amy, have been married for 32 years and are proud parents of two children, Michael and Cassidy.

Jennifer Logan

Jennifer Logan is entering her sixth season at Rock Creek Cattle Company and brings a strong sense of community, professionalism, and local connection to the Ranch.


Having grown up in both Virginia and California, Jennifer has called Deer Lodge, Montana, home for the past 17 years. She is a graduate of Montana State University, where she earned a degree in accounting, and has long been involved in charitable organizations throughout the Deer Lodge community.



Jennifer is also proud to have a family connection to RCCC, as her three grown children — Katie, Ben, and James — have each worked at the Ranch over the years. Some of her favorite ways to enjoy life at Rock Creek include spending time at the Lake Barn and, of course, enjoying the golf course.

Sara McKenzie

Sara McKenzie started at Rock Creek Cattle Company in 2009 and was promoted to Director of Housekeeping in 2025. Her longstanding connection to the Ranch, combined with her dedication and leadership, makes her an important part of the RCCC team.


A Deer Lodge native, Sara returned to Montana after spending several years in Texas and Colorado alongside her husband during his U.S. Army service. Following two deployments, they chose to return home and build their life in the community they love.

Sara and her husband have been married for 25 years and have four children. Outside of work, she enjoys mountain rides, camping, attending live music events, and spending time tending to both her flowers and her family.


What Sara values most about Rock Creek is the natural beauty of the surroundings, the strong camaraderie among departments, and the opportunity to meet and serve members and guests from around the world.

Director of Facilities

Rich Miller

Rich Miller joined Rock Creek Cattle Company in 2024 as Director of Facilities, bringing extensive experience in construction and luxury hospitality to the Ranch. 


A native Montanan, Rich’s background makes him well-suited to support the ongoing development and maintenance of RCCC’s world-class facilities. Rich resides in nearby Anaconda with his wife, Carolyn, and values both the community and lifestyle that Southwest Montana offers. His approach combines practical expertise with a strong appreciation for the Ranch environment and member experience.


Outside of work, Rich enjoys golf, hunting, side-by-side riding, skiing, and attending live music events. He and Carolyn have four children, one grandson, two dogs, and five grand-dogs, and he especially enjoys spending time with his family.

James Noonan

Information Technology Technician

Joined Rock Creek Cattle Company in 2020

James Noonan is entering his sixth season at Rock Creek Cattle Company, bringing decades of technical expertise and a solutions-focused approach to the Ranch.


A native Montanan, James grew up in St. Regis, just west of Missoula, and is a graduate of North Idaho College in Coeur d’Alene, where he earned a degree in Electronics. With nearly 40 years of experience in the IT field, he plays an essential role in supporting the technology infrastructure that keeps RCCC operating seamlessly.


James recently relocated to Deer Lodge after commuting from Anaconda for several years, allowing him to be even more connected to the Ranch's day-to-day needs. He has been happily married to his wife, Candy, for 25 years, and they have five children together.

Director of Housekeeping

Matt Macy

Matt is entering his fourth year at the ranch. Originally from Olympia, Washington, he fell in love with Montana while attending Montana State University where he met his wife Allison. He now calls Deer Lodge home, where he lives year-round helping to maintain the property. Last season the Macy's celebrated the addition of their daughter, Blair Elaine Macy into their family.

Nick Rewis

Nick Rewis is entering his eighth season at Rock Creek Cattle Company and his first season as Bar Manager. With more than 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, Nick brings a strong background in hospitality and member service to the Ranch.


Originally from Bermuda, Nick has worked at a variety of private clubs throughout Florida and has developed a deep appreciation for creating welcoming, memorable guest experiences. His love of hospitality, connection, and atmosphere makes him a natural fit for the social energy of RCCC.


Nick especially enjoys music, bringing people together, and helping create memorable moments that define life at the Ranch. Having grown up in a tropical climate, he has also come to appreciate Montana's fresh mountain air and unique culture.

LPGA Director of Golf

Lori Sitler

Lori Sitler, LPGA, brings extensive experience, energy, and a passion for the game to the Ranch golf program.



Originally from Idaho Falls, Idaho, Lori played collegiate golf at the University of Wyoming, where she earned a degree in Communications. With more than 21 years as an LPGA professional, she is both an accomplished player and instructor, known for her enthusiasm and commitment to helping others enjoy and improve their game.


Lori and her husband, Jeff, a retired military veteran, live in Anaconda, Montana. She is the proud mother of two sons, Anthony and Andy, and the daughter-in-law of Emily, and the grandmother of Henry. Outside of golf, Lori enjoys staying active through hiking, biking, skiing, and outdoor adventure. One of her favorite activities at RCCC is mountain biking with members.

Director of Human Resources

Started at Glacier Restaurant Group, Joined Rock Creek Cattle Company in 2021

Nina Stefani

Nina Stefani serves as Director of Human Resources at Rock Creek Cattle Company, bringing a thoughtful blend of hospitality experience, leadership, and a strong people-first approach to the Ranch. Now in her fifth season at RCCC, she is known for her approachable style and commitment to fostering a positive and supportive workplace culture.


Originally from California, Nina spent 18 years in Montana before relocating to Walla Walla, Washington, where she now resides. With more than 20 years of combined hospitality and human resources experience, including over 18 years with sister companies under the Foley Hospitality Group umbrella, she has built a career centered on service, connection, and community.


Nina is also passionate about giving back and has supported multiple statewide fundraising initiatives while serving on various state and local boards throughout her career. Outside of work, she enjoys hockey, travel, learning to play golf, and spending time with her husband and their three rescue dogs. When she is on property at RCCC, she especially enjoys walking the grounds and connecting with the team.

Chief Financial Officer

Amanda Sturgeon

Amanda Sturgeon assumed the position of Chief Financial Officer at Rock Creek Cattle Company in 2022 but has been involved with various aspects of RCCC since 2018. She brings a strong financial background and a thoughtful, strategic approach to supporting the Ranch's continued growth and success.


Originally from Seattle, Washington, Amanda later moved to Southern California for college and to begin her career in tax at a public accounting firm. She is now based in Las Vegas, Nevada, where she works across Foley Family Farms, Foley Entertainment Group, and Rock Creek Cattle Company.


Amanda especially enjoys the opportunity to step away from virtual meetings while on property and spend time building meaningful relationships with both the Ranch team and RCCC members.

Brailey Williams

Brailey Williams joined Rock Creek Cattle Company in 2025 as Events Coordinator, bringing a creative eye and a strong background in design and hospitality to the Ranch.


Originally from the Bozeman area, Brailey spent her early years dreaming of city life, which led her to New York City and later Chicago, where she pursued a degree in Fashion Marketing + Management. After several years building her experience in interior design and hospitality, she returned to Montana with a renewed appreciation for the beauty and character of her home state.


With more than eight years of design experience and a passion for creating memorable experiences, Brailey is dedicated to curating thoughtful events and beautifully designed spaces that reflect the unique spirit of Rock Creek Cattle Company. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring Montana’s hidden gems and embracing the outdoors with her adventure companion, Luke Purry.
