General Manager
Glenn joined the RCCC team in September 2023. He is a dedicated A-13 PGA and CMAA General Manager, as well as a Veteran Golf Professional with three decades of experience in the hospitality and golf industry. Glenn has a proven track record of successfully managing single, multi-facility, corporate, developer, and private equity management clubs. He has served as GM/COO at several prestigious clubs, including Adios Golf Club, TPC Summerlin, Escondido Golf & Lake Club, Horseshoe Bay Resort, and The Hills of Lakeway. Glenn served on the National Board of Directors for the PGA of America from 2015 to 2018. He has an impeccable history of building service-oriented teams, and his principles are teamwork and embodying the atmosphere of hospitality to enable an enhanced member experience. Glenn is a San Antonio, Texas native, and he attended Stephen F. Austin University for Business Administration. He and his wife, Jennifer, are embracing the quintessential Montana lifestyle and currently reside in the Deer Lodge community. They have five children, and six grandchildren in various parts of the United States, that can’t wait to come visit.
Assistant General Manager | Director of Real Estate & Membership Sales
This season will mark 18 years at Rock Creek Cattle Company for Ron. He’s originally from Deming, New Mexico. Ron and his wife Shelley have made Deer Lodge their home. Rock Creek Cattle Company is Ron’s passion as you’ll quickly come to learn about him. Some of his favorite activities at the ranch include shooting sports, fly fishing, and back country UTV exploring. He is also passionate about the community of Deer Lodge. He serves as President of the Powell County Medical Foundation, also on the board of the Deer Lodge City-County Airport and he serves on the board of directors of Pioneer Federal Savings and Loan in Deer Lodge and Dillon.
Director of Outdoor Adventures
Mark will be entering his twelfth year with the ranch this summer. Originally from Saratoga, Wyoming Mark enjoys most of his time now in Montana throughout the offseason. Mark and his wife Chrissy, a commercial airline pilot, live full time on the outskirts of Deer Lodge and are thrilled to announce a new addition to their family- Baby Beattie, landing October 28th, 2024. Mark’s favorite activities at Rock Creek Cattle Company include fly fishing and shooting sports
Director of Food & Beverage and Events
Mariann is entering her tenth season at the Ranch and is a Deer Lodge Native. Her first season was in 2007 as one of the first servers at Rock Creek Cattle Company. She returned in 2016. While being part of the RCCC Leadership Team, she returned to school online and graduated with her bachelor’s degree in public relations. Mariann has a 8-year-old son, Carter, and they live in Great Falls, MT during the off-season. She loves planning events of any magnitude and has been a long-time thespian with the Cutler Brothers Theater in Deer Lodge. Mariann enjoys all the Ranch has to offer and vows that one day she will become a decent golfer.
Executive Chef
Jay is entering his first season as Executive Chef and second season working at Rock Creek Cattle Company. Jay's culinary journey began with training at Le Cordon Blue in Las Vegas where he earned a degree in food science and culinary arts. Chef Chavez's culinary journey includes notable roles within the Foley Enterprises, as the Henderson Silver Knights Chef and Assistant Chef for the Vegas Golden Knights, where he brought his culinary flair to the world of sports. Most recently, Chef Chavez lent his expertise to the grand opening of Goodnights in Healdsburg, CA, as part of the Glacier Restaurant Group
Chef Chavez was born in Las Cruces, New Mexico, and his hobbies include; Hiking with his two dogs, Taz and Hu, playing guitar, off-roading in his Jeep, and he has a massive hat collection. His favorite meal to prepare is sushi.
Executive Concierge
Karen is entering her twelfth season at the ranch. Karen is from Jackson, Wyoming and resides year-round in Deer Lodge, Montana. She is a graduate of University of Nevada, Reno. Karen’s family includes her husband, Don, her daughter, Kellie and son and daughter-in-law Dean & Katie. She has two beautiful grandbabies in Mia & Remi. Her favorite activities at RCCC are horseback riding, skeet shooting, hiking and our spa treatments at Spa 1919.
Head Golf Professional
Austin is entering his fifth season at Rock Creek Cattle Company and his first as the Head Golf Professional. He loves RCCC — the property, exceptional golf course, and genuine people truly set it apart from anywhere he’s ever been. Austin exudes a positive attitude, high energy level, and commitment to serving the membership and staff. He is a Minnetonka, Minnesota native, and is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas, where he studied Business, Entrepreneurship. Austin is getting married this winter to his fiancée, Alicia, down in Naples, Florida. They are excited to celebrate the big day with close friends and family!
Golf Course Superintendent
Rick will be entering his fourteenth season at Rock Creek Cattle Company this year. He is a native of Spokane, Washington. Rick’s family consists of his wife, Lisa, and their two children, Owen and Bailey. Rick is a graduate of Eastern Washington University. Some of Rick’s favorite activities at RCCC include golf, ATV riding and enjoying the Lake Barn.
Membership Sales Consultant
Jessie is entering her third season as Rock Creek Cattle Company's Membership Sales Consultant. She grew up in Bozeman, Montana where she graduated from Montana State University after attending on a scholarship for track & field. She and her husband, Brian, Rock Creek Cattle Company Ranch Manager, reside at the home ranch along with their one-year-old daughter, Willa. Jessie enjoys helping at Carol Ann's Mercantile where she aids in buying and merchandising. She also enjoys being part of the local Deer Lodge community where she lends her services as a licensed real estate professional. Improving her golf game and touring up to Rock Creek Lake are among her favorite activities.
Maintenance Supervisor
Willie is entering his eleventh season at the ranch. Willie is happily married to his wife, Lynn and the couple has five children – Kyle, Karissa, Lenora, Karson & Josee. Willie calls Deer Lodge, Montana home and he maintains the property year-round. In his off time at RCCC, he enjoys his shooting sports and fishing at the Lake Barn.
Assistant Director of outdoor adventures
Austin is a graduate from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a degree in Fisheries & Wildlife. He graduated in 2016 and soon after, he started working/guiding in Texas for big game species. After working there for 2 years he moved to Montana to be the lake barn manager in 2018 and is now the Assistant Director of Outdoor Adventures. Besides working at the ranch, he also runs a hunting camp for Five Star Expeditions in Wyoming where he guides elk, mule deer, and antelope hunts.
Member Accountant
Jennifer is entering her fourth season at the ranch. Jennifer grew up in Virginia and California and now resides year-round in Deer Lodge, Montana. She is a graduate of Montana State University with a degree in accounting. Jennifer's family includes her husband, Greg, and her three children, Katie, Ben and James. Some of Jennifer's favorite activities at the ranch are Lake Barn and the spa treatments at Spa 1919.
Director of Housekeeping
Matt is entering his fourth year at the ranch. Originally from Olympia, Washington, he fell in love with Montana while attending Montana State University where he met his wife Allison. He now calls Deer Lodge home, where he lives year-round helping to maintain the property. Last season the Macy's celebrated the addition of their daughter, Blair Elaine Macy into their family.
Director of Golf
Travis is entering his eleventh year as PGA Director of Golf at the ranch. He offers an extensive background in world class service, high energy level and is excited to lead a team that is committed to making every effort to bring you the finest golf experience found anywhere. Travis is an accomplished player, teacher, and certified golf fitness instructor. A Minnesota native, he graduated from Concordia College, earning degrees in Management & Communication. His hobbies outside of golf include Minnesota sports, fishing, hunting, and traveling with his wife Abretia and daughter Ellie Sue.
Assistant Director of Golf
Lori is entering into her 10th season here at Rock Creek. She grew up in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Played golf and received a degree from the University of Wyoming in communications. Lori has been in the LPGA for 21 years is an accomplished player and teacher. She and her husband of one year, Jeff (a retired military veteran) live in Anaconda, MT. She has two sons Anthony and Andy and a daughter in law Emily. Lori loves to golf, hike, bike, ski, or do anything active. Her favorite activity on the ranch is to ride mountain bikes with members.
Director of HR
Nina is entering her third season at the Ranch. She grew up in sunny California then relocated in 2007 to Montana, making it her forever home. Nina comes to us with over twenty years of hospitality and HR experience. Seventeen of those years have been with a sister company, Glacier Restaurant Group, based out of Whitefish, MT. Nina is passionate about giving back to the community she loves; she’s spearheaded statewide fundraisers and served terms on several state and local Boards. Nina and her husband, Laramie, enjoy hockey (GKG!), traveling, paddle boarding and raising their three rescue pups. While on property, Nina enjoys fresh baked goods from the kitchen, hiking in the afternoons, and catching up with the team.
Chief Financial Officer
Amanda is entering her second official season at Rock Creek Cattle Company, but she has been involved with various aspects of RCCC since 2018. Originally from Seattle, WA, Amanda headed to Southern California for college and to start her career in tax at a public accounting firm. She is now based in Las Vegas, NV, working with Foley Family Farms and Foley Entertainment Group in addition to RCCC. Her favorite activity at the ranch is being able to get out of zoom calls and build relationships with the ranch team and the members.
